Universal Gateway

GSM networks are widespread. And ISDN PBXs are omnipresent. It is necessary for the businesses using ISDN PBXs to provide GSM connectivity to their users. This allows them to dynamically select one of the networks on per-call basis for obvious benefits of cost and quality of service (QoS). The GSM-ISDN BRI gateway offers interfaces for connecting to the GSM/3G and ISDN BRI networks.

GSM-Voip Gateway

Reaching a network transparently ensures rich QoS (Quality of Service) and helps eliminating the huge interconnection charges. A GSM-VoIP gateway can provide the requisite interfaces to access the widespread GSM network and low-tariff VoIP networks directly. The Matrix GSM-VoIP gateway offers integrated interfaces for GSM/3G and VoIP networks. With Matrix ETERNITY one can scale up to as many as 32 GSM ports. The high-density VoIP card provides up to 32 simultaneous VoIP channels per card. With Universal Slot Architecture, the VoIP card can be scaled in equivalence to the maximum number of slots available with the ETERNITY variant. The count of simultaneous VoIP calls increases by a multiple of 32, per VoIP card added. These modular gateways come in varied configurations, with built-in support for multi-port Auto Attendant, in-depth Call Records, DDI and advanced Least Cost Routing Algorithms.

GSM-T1/E1 PRI Gateways

GSM has emerged as a popular communication technology due to its widespread coverage. While majority of the organizations have an existing investment made in their ISDN infrastructure. It is necessary for the businesses using ISDN PBXs to provide GSM connectivity to their users. This allows them to dynamically select one of the networks on per-call basis for obvious benefits of cost and quality of service (QoS). Also, reaching a network transparently helps eliminating the huge interconnection charges and thereby saves significantly on call costs. The GSM-T1/E1/PRI gateways offer integrated interfaces for GSM/3G and T1/E1/PRI. The gateway can scale up to a 32 GSM channel bank and a maximum of 8 T1/E1/PRI.

GSM GATEWAYS FAMILY

Introduction

GSM has emerged as a superior alternative to the fixed-line networks and offer wider coverage and cost benefit. Today’s businesses expect the specific benefits from GSM networks without sacrificing existing POTS/ISDN connectivity. Matrix gateways offer integrated interfaces for GSM/3G, T1/E1, ISDN BRI/PRI, POTS and VoIP networks. The gateways scale from 2 to 32 mobile ports and offer varied network interfaces, in flexible configurations.

The GSM gateway interfaces GSM networks to existing telephony infrastructure-standard extensions, PBX system. Calls can thereby be routed through the GSM/3G SIM plugged in the gateway. Further, the gateway comes in a multi-port configuration, providing the flexibility to select between the multiple GSM service providers with the automated Least Cost Routing algorithms.
